Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched including tracking information.

We use Australia Post for all our shipping needs.

Domestic:

Once dispatched we expect your order to be delivered within 1-7 business days.

Express shipping is offered for urgent orders at an additional cost of $15 and we expect delivery to take 1-3 business days.

Please note that the above timeframes are subject to Australia Post delays.

International orders:

Once dispatched please allow 7-10 business days for International delivery.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.

Please note that the above timeframes are subject to postal delays.

What are your shipping costs?

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping within Australia for orders over $50 - Complimentary.

Express shipping within Australia - $15.

International Shipping:

International Standard shipping: AUD $35.

International DHL express shipping: tbc

Please note that for international orders we do not cover international taxes and duties.

If payment of customs charges is left unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us and the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

All orders shipped to the United States will now incur duties and taxes upon arrival, depending on your order value and local customs regulations. These charges are determined and collected by US Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount that may apply to your order. We recommend checking your country's import rules and thresholds for more detailed information. We know unexpected fees can be frustrating so we want to ensure you are aware before your order is shipped.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of shipping to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags in place and in its original packaging. Free from makeup, bronzer, perfume or cigarette smoke. Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer's expense.

To start a return you can either use the self service return portal or contact us at info@bristowe.com.au.

Once your return is accepted we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Domestic: Please note that a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted off your refund if eligible. 

International: Please note that a return shipping fee of AUD $35 will be deducted off your refund if eligible.

Damages and issues
We quality control all our garments, however please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.

Presale Items
Please note that our 14-day Return and Refund Policy on all presale items applies from the day the order has been shipped.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Do you have Christmas cut off dates?

Christmas cut off dates 2025/26

Due to Australia Post delays, orders placed after 18th December 2025 will be shipped on 5th January 2026.

Do you sell internationally?

We welcome sales from all around the globe and are currently expanding our market.
