Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of delivery to return your order for exchange or refund.
Australian Returns and Exchanges
Full-priced items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding final sale) may be returned within 14 days of receiving order for:
- Refund
- Exchange
- Store Credit
Please note that a return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a return, your item/s must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- New, unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odour, makeup, deodorant, and fake tan
- Folded and packaged neatly
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return in the portal will not be accepted.
Size Exchange: If you need a different size and it is in stock, you may request a size exchange through the Customer Portal.
Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for return shipping and tracking. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Processing time: up to 5 business days after arrival.
How to Lodge a Return:
All returns must be processed through our Customer Portal.

Enter the email used for your order, in customer accounts tab which can be located at the top right hand corner of our website.

Select type of return (refund, exchange or store credit) -
Once accepted by us, the return label will be sent to your email

Attach label and pack your item securely with tags and original packaging

Lodge your parcel at your nearest collection point
If you no longer have the original packaging, alternatively place it in a suitable box or satchel. Bristowe is not responsible for any damage caused by unsuitable packaging.
Damages and issues: All garments are quality control checked prior to dispatch, however please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at info@bristowe.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.
Presale Items: Please note that our 14-day Return and Refund Policy on all presale items applies from the day the order has been shipped.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Returns and Exchanges
By placing an order with Bristowe, you agree to our International Returns & Exchanges Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy before completing their purchase. Please note that international return shipping costs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

- Please provide your order number and reason for return
- We will then email you with the next steps
- Please note: Any returns sent back to us without the return/exchange request being accepted first will be denied at the customers expense
