Shipping Policy

At BRISTOWE, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please read the details below to understand processing times, shipping methods, and international delivery requirements.

Order Processing

  • We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days

  • During busy periods, including new product launches or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Australian Orders)

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Requirements:
    • All Express shipments require a signature.
    • If you provide Authority to Leave, you accept full responsibility for the package - Bristowe is not responsible for loss or theft for this package.
    • Please note the customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address, Bristowe is not liable for any delays, loss or re-delivery charges due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Shipping Areas and Costs: We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by method and location.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Times:
    • International Shipping: Please allow 6-27 business days (approximate)
  • Customs, Duties and Taxes:
    • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required to release the shipment.
    • Bristowe is unable to estimate or determine these charges, please contact your local Post Office for more information.
    • Please note: Orders are non-refundable if customs or duties are not paid.
  • Delivery Duty Paid (DDP):
      • For eligible international orders, DDP may be available.
      • With DDP, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no further fees will be charged upon delivery.
      • DDP is only available for select countries and shipping methods.
      • If DDP is unavailable, duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.

Asia (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan) Yes (varies) Some countries have higher duty-free thresholds, but taxes may still apply.
Rest of World Yes Duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Bristowe is not liable for shipping delays or parcels lost in transit, once your package is with the postal carrier.

  • For parcels lost or damaged in transit:

    • Domestic Orders: Contact Australia Post with your tracking number.

    • International Orders: Contact your local postal service with the tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
